The maintenance person really knows what he is doing and all repairs are very prompt. We feel at home and have only been here 8 days. The outdoor areas are spotless- grass, gardens, pool, jacuzzi, and gym room!! Activities are a nice surprise in the clubhouse. Everything that was presented to us before we moved in is exactly what it is-no surprises with move in costs, rental costs, etc. A very nice place to be and residents are friendly and welcoming too.
